1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Certain items (such as clearance or custom-made boards) may be non-returnable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at mbiignitions@protonmail.com with your order number and details. We will provide instructions for sending your item back.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• Items are returned damaged or not in their original condition

• Items are returned after the return window

• Custom or clearance items are marked “final sale.”
